Classes are starting back up at a new venue at Inflatabounce in Wyton on Thursdays from December with limited spaces of 9 mums per class bookable as courses:
10:45-11:30 – Post Natal Fitness – aimed at new mums from 6 weeks natural or 10 weeks c-section delivery for specific post natal toning workouts
9:30-10:15 – Fitness for Mummies – aimed at mums with older babies or toddlers that want a bit from their post natal workouts
Online Pregnancy Fitness Pilates workouts will be on a private Facebook group on Thursday evenings 19:30-20:15 which will be saved on the group so you can replay it at a time that suits you if you can’t join live or you want to do it again. This class will also be run as a course. Will be workouts to suit all stages of pregnancy and all fitness levels as this may change during your pregnancy. Exercises will be adapted for any pregnancy aches or pains such as pelvic pain. The workouts will vary each week and we will use whatever you have at home to use such as the wall, chair, pregnancy ball, light dumbbell or resistance bands but don’t worry if you haven’t got all of these to use not all required.
